Medelit\u2019s home Visiting Nurse Team is formed by professionals who have undergone a strict selection process which includes referral checks and de visu interviews with our coordinating Doctors. Each one of our nurses is fully registered with the IPASVI (Italian Nurse Council) and is covered by full professional liability insurance.<\/p>\n

Our selection process includes an evaluation of the knowledge of languages and of highly specialised professional experience.<\/p>\n

Our rigorous selection process has allowed us to set up a group of highly qualified, multilingual nurses that can provide specialised care even for the most complex of our patients.<\/p>\n

In addition to home visits, Medelit\u2019s nurses can also provide assistance for English-speaking patients during their stay in hospital or clinic and in multinational companies in need for an in-office nursing services.<\/p>\n

In Medelit we believe that home should not only be where the heart is, but also where one\u2019s health and wellbeing should be at their best.<\/p>\n

Care provided at home should be as secure and effective as that received in a hospital. For this reason we endeavor to provide the highest standards in our assistance and we address every need our patients may have.<\/p>\n

We therefore want to ensure that our patients live the transition to home from a rehabilitation ward or hospital as smoothly as possible. Our nursing team will therefore not only provide healthcare support, but will support all aspects of life at home, including all necessary emotional and educational support.<\/p>\n

Independence is essential to well-being and a good quality of life. For this reason our nurses see it as part of their job to promote autonomy by providing all the necessary informative support wherever this is feasible.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
