Daniela is an NMC-registered adult nurse with a degree-level education. Her training includes Advanced Life Support (ALS), triage, non-invasive ventilation (NIV), TILS, CBRN, phlebotomy, cannulation, central venous access devices (CVADs), male and female urinary catheterization, wound care, oral and IV medication administration, blood transfusion, and plastering. With four years of experience in an acute healthcare environment, including the past two years as a junior sister, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role.

In the Emergency Department, Daniela has played a crucial role in cardiac arrests and has managed a diverse range of patients, including those with trauma, respiratory failure, cardiac issues, intubation needs, or end-of-life care. Her approach to care is marked by empathy and compassion, ensuring these qualities are central to her practice.
