Dr Madalina Ionita – Profile and Clinical Excellence

Madalina graduated the medical school in 2002 and since, she has been practicing medicine in the UK. She began her postgraduate work in hospital medicine, gaining experience in general and plastic surgical fields, respiratory medicine, and endocrinology. She then started to pursue a career in A&E (accident and emergency) and spent her time working as a specialty emergency doctor in A&E Departments in Poole General Hospital and Royal Bournemouth Hospital.
She completed her ATLS (advanced trauma life support), EPLS (European pediatric life support), and ALS (advanced life support) during the A&E training.
In 2015 she started a corporate-orientated medical screening position for Roodlane Medical in London, while keeping an active interest in emergency medicine with occasional shifts in the private urgent care centers in London.
She has also been awarded a postgraduate certificate in aesthetic medicine with distinction, from Queen Mary University in London. She finds this field extremely rewarding as it empowers people to look and feel their best. She is happy to offer, “baby Botox” to those who wish to try wrinkle correction treatment for the first time.
Outside of work, she is married with one child and enjoys socializing with friends, traveling, reading, theatre, visiting art gallery and painting.
