All our services are available in central London and also cover various areas of greater London. Please feel free to use our online booking system to check availabilities and fees for your area.<\/p>\n<p>Many of our professionals are available to visit also in areas that we do not usually cover (including other UK cities and even foreign countries). This will normally imply an extra cost to cover time and travel expenses. Please do not hesitate in contacting us for any out-of-area request. These differences reflect the high levels of expertise of our professionals, the costs of travel and time that have to be covered to provide the service directly in your home and the quality of the services we provide.<\/p>\n<p>However, the higher costs for a house call are amply repaid by the invaluable advantages of receiving dedicated care in your own timing, in the privacy and comfort of your home, with the best and most highly qualified healthcare professionals in London and without struggling through the city&#8217;s traffic and parking issues.<\/p>\n<p>Medelit also provides many packages and discounted services.<\/p>\n<p>All fees are shown transparently in the online booking system, for your address, before you commit to anything. For further information you can send us an <a href=\"\/uk\/contact-us\/\">info request<\/a> at any time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details class=\"cp-toggle-native\">\n<summary>SERVICE PROVISION CONDITIONS<\/summary>\n<div class=\"cp-toggle-body\">\n<p>Anyone can have an emergency, and that includes our Healthcare Professionals.<\/p>\n<p>In case of an unforeseen emergency, a healthcare professional may need to cancel a confirmed appointment. Please take notice that Medelit is a home healthcare service, not an emergency service or Hospital with 24\/24hr on-site staff. We also do not offer pharmacy services, hence for any drug\/IV administration or wound care, necessary medications and\/or materials will need to be provided by yourself and be ready at hand for the arrival of the clinician.<\/p>\n<p>In these cases, as soon as we are informed, we will immediately seek a substitution for the booked service; we cannot however unfortunately guarantee that this will be at the same date and\/or time as the confirmed appointment.<\/p>\n<p>A full refund will be provided in those cases where you are not happy with the alternative date and time for your new appointment proposals.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details class=\"cp-toggle-native\">\n<summary>CANCELLATION POLICY<\/summary>\n<div class=\"cp-toggle-body\">\n<p>By making the payment to confirm your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions. Requests for rescheduling and cancellations will be treated in the same manner.<\/p>\n<p>Cancellations of appointments at more than 48 hours before the scheduled time will be subject to a 10,00&pound; admin fee and any additional bank\/commission costs.<\/p>\n<p>A 50% cancellation fee will be applied if you cancel your confirmed appointment between 48 hours and 24 hours before the scheduled time of your appointment.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that the visit will have to be paid in full when we receive a cancellation request at 24 hours or less from your scheduled appointment, or if you are not there when the healthcare professional arrives for your scheduled appointment (be it in person or remote).<\/p>\n<p>Unused treatment sessions within packages that are canceled before termination can be refunded on request, prior to fee adjustment to the full treatment price of delivered sessions.<\/p>\n<p>In case of home visits where the clinician does not find necessary drugs\/materials in your home on arrival (and can therefore not complete the service) are subject to full payment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details class=\"cp-toggle-native\">\n<summary>HOW TO CONTACT US FOR APPOINTMENT CHANGES<\/summary>\n<div class=\"cp-toggle-body\">\n<p>If you need to request a change or cancel your appointment, use the <strong>Reschedule\/Cancel link in your booking confirmation email<\/strong> \u2014 it is the sole communication channel for appointment changes and ensures your clinician is notified immediately. Requests sent through other means, including email, cannot be processed.<\/p>\n<p>If you need a change in your appointment timing we will do our best to fulfill your request.<\/p>\n<p>However, appointments changed at less than 48 hours from the scheduled time will be considered as cancellations and are therefore subject to a cancellation fee.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details class=\"cp-toggle-native\">\n<summary>IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH US<\/summary>\n<div class=\"cp-toggle-body\">\n<p>If you were to have a complaint, we want to make the process very easy for you.
