Mohammed Rahman Registered Podiatrist – Profile and Clinical Excellence

I am currently working as Specialist Podiatrist at CLCH NHS Trust. I achieved BSc degree in 2018 from Brighton University and since the I had been working as a Podiatrist within different organizations in the UK. I regularly see patient in clinical and domiciliary setting. This includes mangement of nail pathology, callus/corn treatment, sharp debridement of wound callus or lesions, appropriate offload technique for ulcer management and insoles advice. I have used my own initiative within the healthcare frame work and to investigate and speak to relevant carer givers to sound out my concerns.

I have a good strength working as team member, which is often commented on by the people I work with. I pride myself in my ability to keep organized and treat my patients effectively even when under pressure out in the community and clinic. This is often reflected by patients when they give feedback. I have an empathetic approach to patients and tailor my service/treatment to suit their needs and respect their issues. It is in my duty of care to assess a patient’s environment while working and raise any concerns I have with the relevant authority. I always try to address my strength and weakness while I am on my duty, which helps direct my methods of care and perfecting my service.
