Her clinical focus has consistently centred on challenging cases: poor ovarian response, recurrent miscarriage, implantation failure, and the endocrine and immunological conditions that underlie many fertility problems. She has extensive experience in gynaecological endocrinology, including PCOS, premature ovarian insufficiency and menstrual disorders, and has used minimally invasive surgery—laparoscopy and hysteroscopy—to optimise fertility outcomes in women with endometriosis, fibroids, and uterine pathology. Dr Cepparo is also an AFMCP-trained graduate in Functional Medicine, and this strongly shapes her approach to care. She routinely integrates functional medicine principles into her work on fertility and women’s health, looking beyond isolated symptoms to the interplay between hormones, metabolism, gut health, immune balance, stress and lifestyle.
