Very well organised and friendly service. I have use them various times for my injections during my IVF in London. They have always been very efficient and made a huge effort to fit in the appointments according to my schedule and communicate with my clinic so as to organize things quickly. They have helped make the whole thing less stressful for me. I highly recommend Medelit for anyone needing support for IVF or while visiting London.

I used Medelit to book physiotherapy for an elderly family member in London. We booked several sessions over a few weeks to her home. Medelit were responsive, friendly and provided a good service. Her mobility and strength have improved and she is really pleased with the results.
There were a few issues - a mix up over the date of one appointment for example and I once found myself on hold for 20 mins trying to make a booking. But problems were fixed promptly and were definitely balanced by the good service and good results!
