Yes. You can book yourself, or bring a referral from a GP, therapist or other mental health professional. Both routes are accepted.
A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who can assess mental health conditions, prescribe medication where appropriate and offer talking-based treatment. A psychologist focuses on talking therapies. If you would benefit from both, our psychologists also visit at home.
