Whether you require an accurate diagnosis, need suggestions on reconstructive repair surgery due to sports injuries or fractures, looking into joint replacement surgery, or you have already had surgery but are still experiencing pain and issues, we will provide you with a complete evaluation in the comfortable environment of your home, and support you through the all phases including diagnosis, treatment and recovery.

What do you need for your visit with the Orthopaedic Surgeon?

Our consultants will dedicate all necessary time to your visit. The time taken for each of our visits is tailored according to each patient’s needs. Sometimes, gathering all your clinical history can be very challenging, so it can be helpful to:

• Ask your GP to prepare a referral letter summarising your medical history and current symptoms/issues;
• Arrange for your medical records to be made available in advance, so that the consultant can review them during the visit;
• Gather copies of recent hospital discharge summaries and any tests and/or ultrasounds that you have undergone;
• Make a list of the medications you are taking, for the Consultant to review during your home visit.
