A Long First Appointment
Usually between 1.5 and 2 hours, covering family and personal history, environment, current symptoms, lifestyle, nutrition and every test and treatment so far.
Questionnaires Beforehand
In the days before, questionnaires arrive by email. Returning them lets your doctor prepare properly.
A Written Plan Afterwards
Within days you receive a report by email with an initial tailored treatment and lifestyle plan and any further tests needed, with time to read it and ask questions.
At Home or by Video
Meet your doctor in your own home, or through a video consultation from wherever you are.
Optional Coaching Programme
A digital platform shared with your doctor for one month of monitoring and support, ending with a full follow-up video consultation to review symptoms and tests.
