The functional medicine approach implies a first appointment, where family and personal medical background and environmental history are looked into very closely, together with extensive information regarding your current condition, symptoms, lifestyle, nutrition and all exams and therapies carried out up to now. In the days prior to the visit we will send you some questionnaires which we kindly ask you to fill in and send back by email so that the functional medicine doctor can dedicate enough time to understand the situation and prepare for the first visit. If you think you might want to receive a more hands–on approach regarding your prescribed treatment plan, you can request for access to the coaching and monitoring program, where a dedicated digital platform will be set up for you, with dual access for you and the Doctor and to which you will have access for a period of 1 month.
