About our Mobile Aesthetic Treatments Service
Before any treatment you will be guided through the process by our qualified aesthetic medicine Doctors, who will be more than happy to suggest the best treatment for you and answer any questions on concerns you might have. We will encourage you to take sufficient time to think things through before any treatment, and you are free to change your mind at any time before the procedure. The first consultation can be carried out either in person, in the privacy of your home, or in video. For the treatment, the Doctor will come directly to your home, hotel room or office, with all necessary equipment.
No procedure in aesthetic medicine is completely pain-free. However, we always use topical anesthetic cream, and can also use anesthetic containing fillers to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible.
There may be some conditions for which treatments are not recommended. Your consultation with the Doctor prior to any treatment allows them to go through your medical history and any possible conditions, in order to ensure that any treatment is carried out in total safety. Conditions that would normally imply special consideration for aesthetic treatments include pregnancy or breast-feeding, Epilepsy, Neuromuscular disorders, autoimmune diseases, blood/blood clotting issues, liver disease and mental health concerns.

What to do before your cosmetic treatment?
You will be provided with all the indications accordingly to the treatment you choose. However, there are a few general pre-treatment rules we would advise you to follow. Try to avoid alcohol and caffeine during the 24h prior to your aesthetic treatment as this can slightly increase the risk or bruising and/or bleeding. Also, try to avoid medications such as aspirin and ibuprofen unless your Doctor advises you to not suspend them.
How long will the results last and what are the side effects?
Typically, the results of an aesthetic treatment last 3-4 months but this varies between individuals, some last considerably longer. Healing time and post-procedure swelling (if any) is completely dependent on the patient. Typically, lip injections tend to swell and bruise more than cheeks and naso-labial folds – which often have very minimal swelling. That said, some people do not swell or bruise at all.
As with any other aesthetic injectables procedure, there is a risk of bruising, redness and soft tissue swelling at the site of injection. However, the area to be treated will be marked and sterilised using alcohol sterets. After the treatment, the area will be cleaned again and you will be given a post-care instruction sheet.
If you need to contact the Doctor at any time after your treatment, this is easily done through Medelit’s call center. We will be more than happy to pass the Doctor through to you so that you can receive all the support you need not only before and during the treatment, but also in the days after the procedure.
