Fees vary by clinician and specialty. You pay online by debit or credit card, or PayPal, at the time you book.
No referral is needed for most online consultations — you can book directly with any available clinician in a few minutes on our website. Individual clinicians may recommend a referral or further tests as part of your care, the same as they would after any consultation.
You receive a written record of your consultation and, where relevant, a full medical report that you can share with your own GP. If your clinician prescribes medicine, this is arranged at no extra cost, with delivery to your home address where needed.
There is no waiting list, and appointments are often available the same day or next day, depending on the specialty and clinician you choose.
