How do you work with insurance and assistance companies?
As a healthcare provider for your policyholders in Italy: your case managers request a visit through our insurance booking form, attaching a Guarantee of Payment where applicable; we dispatch the appropriate clinician to the patient’s home, hotel or hospital, and return the medical report and invoice in English. Framework cooperation agreements can be drawn up on request.
Can you look after the families of our international staff?
Yes. Many companies extend the service to relocated employees’ partners and children, who can book English-speaking GPs, paediatricians, nurses and therapists at home through the same arrangement.
Do you provide medical cover for events?
Yes — doctors and nurses on site for conferences, corporate events, shoots and sports days, with first-aid equipment and a clear escalation plan agreed in advance.
In which language are services delivered?
In English, by clinicians selected for their language skills as well as their qualifications, with an English-speaking operations team coordinating every booking. Italian is of course available for local staff.
