When no dermatologist reaches your address on the day you need one, the same booking switches to video: good photographs and a screen settle many skin questions, and the specialist will say when they do not.

Almost all of dermatology is looking, asking and prescribing, which a specialist does as well on your sofa as in a clinic. Procedures and a few emergencies are the exceptions.
