Medelit works with many International Insurances Companies and most of our services are covered by insurance. If you are insured, please make sure to let us know and we will check out whether we are contracted with your insurance and whether your visit is already covered for. If this is not the case, we will ensure that all paperwork is set up so that you can receive your refund as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Our visits are not timed and our Doctors dedicate all necessary time to our patients. This allows them to fully understand your condition and, on the other hand, you have the chance to clarify all doubts and prescriptions.

All our Doctors are:

• Fully registered
• Vetted with a full background check, reference check and interview with our managing Doctors
• Selected for their high level of experience and qualifications.
• Our Doctors work within the best clinics and hospitals in Naples, ensuring the possibility of coordinating with the community resources and National Healthcare System for patients who need to be referred to a Hospital.

Our general practitioners are private Doctors and therefore provide private prescriptions; repeat prescriptions for any normal medicine can also be released.

As we take your health at heart, we encourage you to call us in the days following the Doctor’s visit, to let us know how things are going and, if necessary, to receive further advice. After the first visit, you will be able to keep in touch with the Doctor who visited you; all you have to do is call our operations center and we will be more than happy to put you in contact directly with the Doctor directly. All follow up calls in the days following your visit are included in the cost of your visit.

If you need to schedule a follow up visit, we will always send you the same Doctor, so as to ensure that you receive continuity in your care.
