Appointments for Home Visits:

Our Paediatrician Consultants do home visits 7 days a week, 365 days per year and provide:

• Same day Paediatric Care by Home visit or phone consultation – 7 Days/week
• Paediatricians and Family Doctors 7 Days/week
• Primary Paediatric Care 7 Days/ week
• Complete Newborn and Children Check-ups
• Vaccines and flu shots
• Medical certificates (certification of good health or non-agonistic sports medical certificate)

Our English speaking Paediatricians work in the largest hospitals of Milano and with Medelit they assist children directly in their home, both for urgent same day visits and for regularly scheduled check-ups.

Home visits are particularly important for children, for whom transfers and delays can be particularly distressing.

Our English Speaking Paediatric House Call Service works all year round, 7 days a week.

How the Paediatric Service Works:

You can request to have your own Paediatrician following your children for the whole of your stay in Milan and will be able to contact him/her any time by just calling Medelit.

Our large team of pediatricians, allows you to have a Doctor at your disposal 365 days a year, even when your own paediatrician is not available.

Appointments are given within your own timing and wherever you prefer. Family check-up appointments and vaccinations are also provided.

If you were to need further specialistic consultations or exams, Medelit provides all these services directly at home.

Our doctors are connected to the largest hospitals in the area and if you were to need to be referred to a hospital, our team can help out so as to decrease language barriers and facilitate procedures.

A Whole Team Dedicated to Children

We are also able to coordinate our team of healthcare professionals so as to provide you with any further healthcare assistance your child might need.

In fact, Medelit’s Healthcare Team also includes many healthcare professionals who are specialised in the care and treatment of children, giving access to specific newborn and child- centred healthcare services such as Osteopathy, Dermatology, Orthopaedics, Otolaryngology, Pneumology, Psychological counselling, Nursing Services and Midwifery.
