Who is home nursing for?
Our home nursing service supports older adults, people with disabilities or chronic conditions, patients recovering from surgery, illness or injury, and anyone with temporarily or permanently reduced self-sufficiency — as well as travellers and expats who simply need English-speaking nursing care while in Italy. We support the family and caregivers around the patient, too.

How much does a home nurse visit cost?
As a guide, a nursing home visit for an injection starts from € 41. Every fee is address-specific and shown in full before you confirm, and discounted packages are available for repeat visits.
Is there a minimum number of visits or hours?
No. Standard nursing visits can be booked one at a time, with no minimum commitment — and longer daily or overnight care can be arranged whenever you need it.
Do I need a doctor’s prescription?
Some nursing procedures require one, purely for your safety. If you do not have a prescription, we can arrange a home visit or an online video consultation with one of our English-speaking doctors, who can evaluate your condition and prescribe what is needed.
Can your nurses assist me while I am in hospital?
Yes. Our team is specialised in assisting foreigners hospitalised in Italy: private one-on-one care that complements the ward’s services and bridges the language gap often encountered in Italian hospitals. The same one-on-one assistance is available in care homes.
Will I have the same nurse each time?
Whenever you need repeated or long-term assistance, we are committed to sending the same nurse — care stays consistent, and there is one familiar face at the door.
